Our Policy
Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within the first 7 days we will gladly refund your purchase minus return shipping. All product must be returned before a refund is given. Please contact us at The Serene Dream Shop
Diaper Returns:
Here at The Serene Dream Shop we will accept returns or exchanges for diapers that have not been washed or worn. The staff here at The Serene Dream Shop must pre approve all returns or exchanges. The return must be made within 14 days of time the diaper was first shipped.
All Serenity Baby and Dreamboat diapers and guaranteed for 30 days against workmanship flaws (holes, loose stitching, etc). The Serene Dream Shop always try to buy the highest quality of fabrics, some fabrics are heavier than other ones, therefor some diapers will hold up longer, because of this we cannot guarantee the fabric of the diaper, only the stitching of the diaper.
Please be sure to check the size chart before ordering so that exchanges on wrong size items are kept to a minimum. This helps us in continuing to keep our prices low and competitive.
All items returned to us requesting a refund will be examined upon receipt before issuing a refund payment. Refund payments will be made via Paypal or Money Order. The customer is however responsible for the return shipping. |

SHIPPING POLICY
Most shipping is done through USPS.(there are exceptions) The United States Post Office offers insurance for only $1.80 to cover the first $50.00 worth of value, the price goes up with the amount of insurance you purchase. This is for shipping within the United States. We at The Serene Dream Shop recommend that you purchase the insurance when you purchase products from us. Once the Product has left our office it is no longer our responsibility. We at The Serene Dream Shop are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged, that is why we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you are international the only way insurance can be purchased is if you chose Express shipping. We will work with you the best we can with every situation, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on packages that are shipped from our office and not received due to Post Office problems. PLEASE PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE
The United States Post Office also has a service called "Delivery Confirmation" this is also an optional service, however this is not a tracking service, it is a service that relies on human interaction, if the United States Post Office fails to scan your package the service does not work. The Post Office also offers Signature Confirmation™, this is Delivery Confirmation with a Signature. |
